The service provision landscape has traditionally been fragmented, with consumers often navigating a maze of different providers for various needs. This fragmentation in purchasing behavior was prevalent when we began, highlighting the necessity for a unified approach. Our aim has always been to simplify and innovate, fundamentally transforming how people access services.
In 2021, Fidelio Capital teamed up with existing owners and team at Hemfrid with the vision to create a tech-enabled one-stop shop for home services. This was the first of many building blocks for KEYTO Group.
Hemfrid, Sweden's largest cleaning company with almost 30 years of experience, was acquired and became part of the group.
Veterankraft, founded in 2009 with the mission of utilizing the skills and experiences of senior workers, was acquired.
Qleano, a cleaning company that connects customers with certified local service providers, was acquired.
Sweden's third-largest cleaning company, Städarna, was acquired, greatly widening Heart BidCo's service coverage across Sweden.
Cleaning company Skura, with almost 30 years of home service experience, was acquired.
Köping-based cleaning company Scheele was acquired.
Servly group, founded by independent entrepreneurs to create a nationwide service for installing and servicing appliances and white goods, was acquired.
Cleaning company Fissa & Feja, founded in 1988, was acquired.
EC Life is aquired and merged with Hemfrid.
Sinnesfrid Städservice, based in Uppsala, was acquired.
